Ovaj tvoj post vezan za Doom 3 me je inspirisao da i ja pokusam
da na svojoj masini zaigram ovu igru sa jedne strane, a sa druge
da ti eventualno pomognem oko tvog problema.
Skinuo sam sa neta Doom 3 demo tezak 462 MB i iz konzole odradio
instalaciju za par minuta bez ikakvih problema.Nakon toga, usledilo
je pokretanje igre (iz konzole opet) koje je takodje proslo dobro.

Jel tebe zeza instalacija ili pokretanje igre nakon
instalacije? Ako je instalacija,pokusaj da je uradis
tako sto ces prethodno uci u X kao root. Ovo znam jos
od Wolfenstein-a gde je ovo takodje bilo neophodno (barem
kod mene na SuSE 9.2, dok sam na 9.1 radio instalaciju
u X-u kao user (naravno iz konzole sa root nalogom).
P.S
Inace, samo da dodam da je igra ultra zahtevna. Kod mene
u 640*480 sa Low details podesavanjem, sam imao bukvalno
2-3 frejma po sekundi.
Doduse, masina mi i nije neka zver (Duron 950, Gf4MX, 512MB ram-a)
ali 640*480 j***te
